Use this function to set a new password if you do not know it anymore.
After entering your login userid and email address associated with your account, you will receive a confirmation email with a link which will allow you to set a new password.
If you do not know either your userid/customer number or associated email address, please contact the support for your country as mentioned on the login screen.
